Make sure participants bring lunch and snacks for Day 1
Tell them that there will be 2.5 hours of free time on Day 1. Can unpack, walk around, read books, chat, study????
Make sure that they reach Southern Cross on time (preferably at 7 am on 21st of September) and meet at the correct spot
Arrange lifts and/transport for Day 1 and Day
Make sure that they have each other’s phone number, at least 3 team members’ phone number
Make sure that their family or housemates have the teams' phone numbers, in case of emergency at home and they cannot contact the participant/s
Remind them about the Forum at Boort P-12 College. They will be sharing their university experience with year 10, 11 and 12 students.
